Who we are

Florida Luxury Rentals (“we”) runs this website, floridaluxuryrentals.us, and manages private vacation homes between Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Questions about this policy go to info@floridaluxuryrentals.us or (954) 240-1891.

What we collect and why

When you send a message or ask for an owner estimate: your name, email, phone number if you give it, the town you tell us about and your message. We use it to reply and, if you book or list a house with us, to run that relationship. The record also stores which page the message came from and, if you arrived from an advert or a link with tracking codes, the campaign and click identifiers, so we know which marketing brought you here.

When you book a home: your name, contact details, the number of guests, your signed rental agreement and the IP address it was signed from, and the dates and price of the stay. Payment is taken by Stripe on its own pages; we never see your full card number.

When you browse: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept briefly for security, and the analytics described below.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, buttons and phone links tapped, and whether a message was sent. Google sets cookies for this. We also measure which adverts lead to messages so we can spend sensibly on them; this may involve Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) tags and cookies, and sending a hashed version of the email or phone number from a message you sent to those platforms to match it to an advert click.

Where the law in your region requires consent for these cookies, we ask for it before they are set. You can also block them in your browser, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and the site keeps working.

Who processes it for us

Vercel hosts the site and stores photos. Turso stores bookings, messages and accounts. Resend delivers our email. Stripe takes card payments. Google provides analytics, maps and advertising measurement; Meta provides advertising measurement. Each works under its own privacy terms and only on our instructions. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Messages and estimates: until we have answered and the conversation is clearly over, and in any case no longer than three years. Bookings and signed agreements: seven years, because Florida tourist tax and accounting rules require it. Analytics data: as set in Google Analytics, currently 14 months. You can ask us to delete a message or account at any time by emailing the address above.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to marketing. Email us and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in a region with its own privacy law (for example the EU, UK, Canada or California) you have the rights it gives you and we will honour them.
