Fort Myers

The Caloosahatchee River, Fort Myers Beach, and the causeway out to Sanibel and Captiva, where the shelling is the best in the country.

Fort Myers is the hub of Lee County on the southwest coast. Downtown's River District sits on the wide Caloosahatchee, with the Edison and Ford winter estates a mile away. Twenty minutes west are Fort Myers Beach on Estero Island and the causeway to Sanibel and Captiva, low barrier islands known for wildlife refuges, quiet cycling and shell-strewn beaches.

It is a boating and fishing coast: canals, bayous and the river give many homes a dock with access to the Gulf. Spring training brings the Red Sox and the Twins each March, and the season runs strong from January through Easter.

We are adding Gulf coast homes to the collection and take enquiries for Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva now. Tell us your dates and group size and we will say honestly whether we can help.
